Who are we?

21Thirty Consulting is focussed on delivering consultancy services into the professional services sector, especially to law firms. The company was founded by Jeff Wright, a former partner in a top 100 UK law firm with over 20 years experience of working in the legal sector.


We understand the pressures of balancing delivering quality services to clients at the same time as managing the risks associated with the myriad of regulatory burdens facing law firms and making sure your IT, premises and facilities are delivering best service and value.


As well as knowing the demands of partnership, Jeff has been an IT & Facilities Director. He is commercially aware and has a broad range of management experience. He has demonstrated a strategic approach to successful ICT leadership, engaging with business stakeholders and 3rd parties, delivering 'cost appropriate' IT solutions and business process change using appropriate technology and other solutions.


He has broad experience of driving change management, business transformation, IT & facilities service transition, IT strategies, technology roadmaps, document management, case management, collaborative tools, e-business solutions, as well as dealing with M&A integration and IT migration.


He is a firm believer that proper strategic management  of business support services is vital to making the modern law firm successful and profitable.
